On November 12, 2008, at the intersection of Polk Street NE and Spring Street NE, an officer observed a vehicle with no headlights on and stopped the vehicle. The driver, Robert William Crandall, was booked at Hennepin County Jail.

If the dead line was 01/06/09 for the impact statement why do you still have the article up on it.iwould like to say that i know robert crandall well and he has never done anything around me that was agenst the law .wonderfull man loves kids and is a good person all around.I think the police are just trying to get himon something cause they have something against him .and they will not win their case with him cause their dirty cops and their gonna see that they cant do that to people.

i have also been a victim of ne police harrassment, on several occasions. I have been sexually harrassed by carter more than once ,Their are 2 other ne cops that have both sexually harassed me iam not sure of their names ,i wont even be in the notheast area anymore due to what i have been thru .The worst part of the whole situatin is that it is their word against mine.male police are not suppose to touch females not between the legs or breasts i guess the rules are different if you are a ne cop......
