CIS Requested for Trespassing: David Anderson

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding David Anderson specifically, or disorderly conduct generally. Anderson was the subject of previous CIS request in May, 2008. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is January 12th.

David Ronald Anderson Booking PhotoDavid Ronald Anderson (Date of Birth: 7/30/1957) is charged with Disorderly Conduct and Tresspassing. On December 13, 2008, in the 8xx block of Washington Av SE, Anderson instigated a fight with a customer at a business and refused to leave the store when asked by store employee. Anderson was booked into Hennepin County Jail.

If you have observed this person engaging in conduct that negatively impacts our community, please consider writing a community impact statement describing that conduct and how it has impacted you and the neighborhood as a whole.
