Sources tell FOX 9 that 31-year old Brandon Keeler was stabbed to death in his second floor apartment. A friend describes Keeler as a pet lover who did not have any enemies.

Police pulled hundreds of pot plants from a duplex at 1815 Johnson St. in northeast Minneapolis Tuesday night and arrested Andrew Hankee, 33, without incident.

"This is about half of 234 plant bust and had a street value of $250,000," said Officer Jeff Carter.

Every neighbor 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS spoke to say they were stunned watching police pull grow lights and marijuana plants from the basement of the home.

On June 10, 2009, at the 19xx block of Pierce St NE, James Alan Wellman broke out window and windshield of a victim’s vehicle. Wellman fled on foot from arriving squad car. Wellman was apprehended hiding in grass in back yard. Wellman was booked at Hennepin County Jail for damage to property.

Daniel Harrison Heacock (Date of Birth: 3/12/1971) is charged with two 3rd-degree burglaries (felonies). On May 9, 2008, at the 2xx block of 8th St SE, Daniel Harrison Heacock was observed entering a garage and removing property. Incident was captured on video. Officers responded to a theft call. Heacock was recognized from video. Officers did a knock and talk and saw evidence from the thefts in plain view. Heacock was placed under arrest for burglary of dwelling and stolen property offenses. Heacock was transported to Hennepin County Jail and booked.

On May 30, 2009, at the intersection of Hayes St NE and Lowry Ave NE, Officers were dispatched to a burglary of dwelling in progress. Heacock was transported to Hennepin County Jail and booked for burglary and Hennepin County Warrant.

On April 18, 2009, Officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 23rd Ave NE and Central Ave NE. The driver, Jesse Darrel Downer, was booked into the Hennepin County Jail for possession of a large amount of marijuana and for a gross misdemeanor warrant.

Myron Harry Cloud (Date of Birth: 6/25/1990) is charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery, a Felony. On April 22, 2009 at the 15xx block of New Brighton Blvd (Quarry Shopping Center), an elderly victim was walking to her vehicle. She put her groceries in the trunk of her car and shut the trunk. As the victim began to walk around the car towards the driver’s door, she was approached by two males who were partially covering their faces with their clothing and demanded that the victim give them her car. The victim began to back up and yelled for help. The two males then began to walk away. A witness observed the female in distress and learned that the two males had attempted to steal her car. The witness observed the males then get on two bicycles and then ride off. The witness and victim both gave physical descriptions of the two males who were then observed in the area of 19th and Johnson by another squad. They were both arrested and brought back to the scene. Both the witness and the victim positively ID’d the two males that tried to rob her. Myron Harry Cloud was transported to the Robbery Unit.

Editor’s Note: Cloud is also charged in 3 other cases, including a theft in Bloomington, and Lurking with Intent in Minneapolis. His bail is $100,000. All cases are scheduled for court on May 11th.
