DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE:

This offenders victim pool have been adult females. The first CSC case originated in Arkansas in 1984 where Mr. Reynolds engaged in sexual contact with an adult female not previously known to him. In another previous case, Mr. Reynolds attempted a rape after forcing entrance to a victim’s home. He was acquainted with this victim. Mr. Reynolds has a history of Domestic Violence and was last incarcerated for a Felony Domestic Violence in 2003. Mr. Reynolds has a legacy of chemical dependency failures while under supervision .

White Male, 6’-1”, 205 pounds, medium build, green eyes, medium complexion, very short blond hair, and clean shaven.

DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE:

This offender’s victim pool are minor-aged males and females, ages 5 to 12. In 2004 Mr. Weegman violated a 5-year-old male when he was a live-in boyfriend to the victim’s mother. His self-described preferences for pre-pubescent children are documented. Further, he has a past history of window peeping and theft of female undergarments.

Robert William Crandall (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with 3rd Degree Possession and Giving False Information to Police. On November 12, 2008, at the intersection of Polk Street NE and Spring Street NE, an officer observed a vehicle with no headlights on and stopped the vehicle. The driver, Robert William Crandall, was booked at Hennepin County Jail.

On October 2, 2008, at the intersection of Central Ave NE and Spring St NE officers were dispatched to the area on a person with a gun call. Ralph Dasheik Arnold was located and booked Hennepin County Jail.

Fox9 TV reports that last Monday a group of men assaulted one person in Beltrami and another in Como. Information from a witness to the Como beating has led to one arrest.

John Clifford Heggem (DOB: 6/14/1939) has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 16xx block of Taylor St NE (the Northeast Park neighborhood).

DESCRIPTION OF OFFENDER:

White Male, 5’-8”, 205 lbs, medium build, blue eyes, medium complexion, medium length blond/greying hair, and a light mustache.

DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE:

This offender’s sexual offenses date back to the 1980s with his conviction taking place in 1991. Victim was a minor aged female step child. Offenses occurred over a 6 year period and recalled repeated sexual abuse over time. A prior conviction took place in 1978 for his having sexual contact with minor aged females which were determined to be his daughters. Supervision of this offender will extend to 06/21/2016. The victim pool
for this offender are minor aged females aged 7 to 13.

Nina Louise Mastro (Date of Birth: 9/17/1979) is charged with 2nd Degree Burglary. On March 19th, 2008, officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress at a vacant house in the 11xx block of Spring Street NE. Suspect was inside cutting copper. Officers arrived and took Nina Louise Mastro into custody and she was booked in Hennepin County Jail.
