CIS Requested for Property Damage: James Wellman

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding James Wellman specifically, or property damage generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is July 14th.

James Alan Wellman Booking PhotoJames Alan Wellman (Date of Birth: 7/09/1983) is charged with 4th Degree Damage to Property. On June 10, 2009, at the 19xx block of Pierce St NE, James Alan Wellman broke out window and windshield of a victim’s vehicle. Wellman fled on foot from arriving squad car. Wellman was apprehended hiding in grass in back yard. Wellman was booked at Hennepin County Jail for damage to property.
